Seminar Business Conditions
• I usually accept the salary, which usually I negotiate.• I accept that my travel, accommodation and meals have been paid in
advance, plus payment upfront. This guarantees deposit contracting my
services.
• Payment is due by deposit upon Agreement and Acceptance of our terms.
• Please transfer all agreed deposits to my bank account. Banking Info available on request.
Cancellation
Cancellation of my contracted or requested services WHERE action and work
has been done, event scheduled and date confirmed constitutes an
agreement and that agreement is in force. Cancellation Loss Fee Schedule
below;(Cancellations must be in writing per letter)
30 days written notice No loss fee applicable
28-25 Days written notice 10%
24-15 Days written notice 30%
14-10 Days written notice 50%
9-0 Days written notice 100%
Where there is the 9-0 days written notice an extra 25% Administration fee
also applies.
