This shorter version of the full day course aimed at Authority management is tailored to the need to understand the First Nation culture, lifestyle and belief system where the business leader is concerned. This course was created with the business leader in mind where the raw knowledge can be used as your tools into designing and building a bridge of communication and understanding. Laying the foundation of building a business relationship with First Nations and in so doing, finding the key to successful business ventures. This is an introductory level course but an important milestone in developing and maintaining First Nation relationships. The new globalization concepts do include business development with First Nations; we quickly come to understand the availability of such knowledge from an Indians point of view and not from a book written by someone who is not an Indian. This unique insight literally first hand from a member of First Nations in Canada will be the edge the business leader needs over the competition.
Our people speak a variety of languages and the participants in this workshop are required to be fluent in the English language. English is a global language in the business world. English is the major language in Canada. This 3/4 day workshop can be tailored to the specific needs of the business, because knowledge and understanding clears away the fog of ignorance, the same fog that in the past killed many promising business opportunities before they could start. The business leader is an educated leader and a good leader is sensitive to the needs of business, sensitivity breeds understanding. This is an astute business leader.

Course/Training Overview
This course of both lectures and hands on training is designed to promote awareness and understanding of the Native American/First Nations Peoples Beliefs and Culture, the respectful consideration and recommended appropriate common types of accepted guidelines for the handling and inspection of sacred items and sacred bundles. I believe such a lecture can only further enhance a greater understanding of Native Americans and dispel the current popular Hollywood image that was so unfairly labeled upon them.
I envision this course as an extremely helpful tool or aid for anyone encountering Native American peoples and their Sacred Items/Sacred Bundles from Canada, USA, Mexico, Central America and South America either during the course of their duties, or for purely one’s point of interest. I imagine this course to be an extremely helpful course of formal training for people involved in Corrections, Policing, Customs, Security, Diplomatic Corp, and the Private Business Sector dealing with the movement of people/passengers across international borders. For those private business sector companies, such a course of training would make your insurance companies happy.
No company or Federal Government Department here in Europe has in place any guidelines or procedures or protocol for the proper handling/inspection of sacred items/sacred bundles. No company or Federal Government Department here in Europe have any neither formal knowledge nor understanding of Native American/First Nation Peoples beliefs and culture, and from my personal experience traveling here in Europe, none have any respect for it either. This is why I chose to develop such a course and with the aim of bringing such an understanding, knowledge and acceptance between our peoples.
